2. Select Your Notification Channel Once authorized, go to your Bugtrotter Dashboard > Settings > Integrations. Use the dropdown menu to select the specific Slack channel where you want your bug reports to land (e.g., #engineering or #support-feed).
3. Receive Actionable Alerts You’re all set. The next time a customer records a video, BugTrotter will automatically push a message to your chosen channel containing:
A direct link to the HD video.
The Technical Profile (OS, Browser, Screen Size).
The exact URL where the issue occurred.
